Thinstation keyboard request guide

There exists a lot of keyboard layouts in the world. Thinstation support many of them, but not all - yet. Therefore the mailing list get a lot of requests like "Please support XX keyboard". In most cases we never heard about it before and certainly have no means to test it. We need your careful cooperation when you ask for a new keyboard layout:

A Thinstation keyboard actually consists of three keymaps:

• A console keymap (for Linux text mode). Pick one.
• A XFree86 keymap. Pick one. You can make modifications, or create new combinations. However if you do, please include the modified file in your request.
• A rdesktop keymap. Pick one. rdesktop keymaps may have errors (at least it was common earlier). If you fix a rdesktop keymap, please include it in gzip format. Also please submit your fix to rdesktop.sourceforge.net. Otherwise it will be broken again with the next release of rdesktop.

Citrix ICA rely on the X keyboard layout, so there is no need to specify anything for ICA.

Also, if available please pick a keyboard for natural language support for BlackBox here. Not terrible important, but nice-to-have™

Please make sure you supply us with the name of all three keymaps and maybe one for BlackBox when you request a new keyboard layout.
